Historiography

Historiography was a class that all history students were required to take to understand the art of writing history. Students read several books and discussed how the history was written and relayed to the reader. Different perspectives were offered and opinions varied about the writing styles, creating an environment in which students could effectively critique the books and gain confidence in their own writing styles.
