In this class, UWG partnered with the Atlanta History Center once more to instruct students on the importance of a properly planned and constructed exhibit. Students were separated into two groups and then assigned an exhibit within the Atlanta History Center to "improve upon". The student groups then presented their plans for the proposed improvements to the staff of the AHC. Click the links below to see my team's work on the exhibit Turning Point and other essays.

Students were divided into two groups and assigned an exhibit within the Atlanta History to "improve upon". My team reimagined the "Turning Point" exhibit."

I review the 2012 article, "Repatriating the Bust of Nefertiti" by Lauren Bearden in which she tackles the controversial topic of repatriation.

Each student went to a museum and reviewed the museum and its exhibits. I chose the Tellus Museum in Cartersville, GA, a museum that I found to be beautiful and fascinating.
